Trustees Meeting with Elliot Colburn MP

Asslamu’Alaikum,

Following the announcement on Friday at Jumu’ah by Dr. Moola (Chair of MCWAS), *our local MP Mr Elliot Colburn*, has agreed to meet *with the trustees of MCWAS only* to address our concerns regarding the ongoing crisis in Palestine.

Through this meeting, we aim to convey to our MP the depth of pain and injustice our community is feeling.

We will also be pushing him to:

*1) Call for an immediate ceasefire.*

*2) Lift all restrictions on humanitarian aid.*

*3) End the Seige of Gaza - ensure the supply of water, electricity and other basic needs of the civilian population.*
