The trustees review and approve all policies to ensure the classes are running well. MCWAS is not a statutory provider and therefore not bound by the statutory regulations. However, MCWAS has high standards and aims to perform above and beyond the statutory requirements in all aspects of its provision, particularly in terms of safeguarding and pupils’ well-being.
