We are very pleased to announce that MCWAS will be hosting our second Covid vaccination hub on Saturday 13th March from 9am to 2pm. The clinic will be providing the Astra-Zeneca (Oxford) vaccine and is for 1st Jab ONLY

  • Those who are 65+

  • Anyone aged 18+ with any of the following conditions

  • Chronic respiratory disease including COPD, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, lung fibrosis, severe asthma,

  • Chronic Heart Disease Inc Heart failure, CHD, AF, PVD, VTE

  • CKD, nephrotic syndrome, renal transplant, cirrhosis, biliary atresia, chronic hepatitis

  • Stroke, TIA, cerebral palsy, Down’s, LD, MS, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson’s, MND

  • Diabetes

  • HIV, SCID, on cyclophosphamide, on mycophenolate, Haem Malignancy, SLE, RA, Psoriasis on long term Immunosuppressants

  • Asplenia, SCD, Thal Major, Coeliac

  • Severely Obese BMI above 40

  • Severe mental illness
