Assalamu’Alaikum,

The Day of ’Ashura is on *Tuesday 16th July 2024*.

When the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was asked about fasting on the day of Ashur (10th of Muharram), he said:-

*“It wipes away the sins of the previous year”* [Muslim]
