Assalamu’Alaikum,
MCWAS will be distributing Zakat-ul Fitr received this year to local UK charities to support Muslim families in need.
The recommended Zakat-ul Fitr amount per person is £7.
If you would like for your Zakat-ul Fitr to be distributed through MCWAS please make payments online or at the centre via the collection box at the back of the main prayer hall by Sunday 31st March 2024 at the latest. This is to ensure the Zakat is in the hands of those in need before the Eid prayer, as prescribed by our Prophet (PBUH).
