MCWAS Community Consultation

MCWAS Strategic Plan 2022-23

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh

In September 2021 we initiated the MCWAS Community Consultation which involved a survey and a series of workshops with the community to understand the quality of our current offerings and future services required.

We received 84 survey responses and held workshops covering our core services: Worship/Prayer, Education, Youth, Welfare, Sisters, Non-muslim engagement (Dawah)

Based on the feedback received and key discussions held at the workshops we have now published our MCWAS Strategic Plan for 2022-23.

We have defined the MCWAS vision, mission, values and strategic priorities, including financial forecasts which specifically aim to establish, improve & enhance MCWAS core services focusing on prayer, education and community.

By implementing these strategic priorities we hope to develop a strong, competent and confident Muslim community by maximising the full potential of the resources available within the community and infrastructure at the centre.

May Allah guide us all and help us to implement the strategy and thereby positively impacting the lives of our community.
